    Customer Experience Intern

     

  • SALES CONSULTANT

    Our Window Fashion Consultants lead our company's sales efforts by conducting in-home consultations that help customers pick out the very best blinds, shades, shutters or draperies for their homes!

    Outstanding Consultants follow 10-15 leads per week, many of which are sourced and scheduled by the home office but some of which are self-generated. Consultations are done at the customer's home throughout the Twin Cities areas with occasional leads that could take a Consultant to Rochester or St. Cloud areas.


    Commission based pay structure with UNLIMITED earning potential and fantastic benefits!

    CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE INTERN

    Our Customer Experience Intern supports our company's concierge service by learning every aspect of our customer’s experience working with Custom Drapery & Blinds. From the moment a lead is received, through the point the customer has had their window treatment installed, the Customer Experience Intern helps ensures each and every customer receives the best service and care in the industry. We are looking for the Customer Experience Intern to help create above and beyond experiences that deepen the customer relationship with our company. Intern will also learn operational processes and help work on efficiency projects.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Act as a brand representative to customers who have support requests, and work to make every customer’s experience with Custom Drapery & Blinds exceptional
    • Address and resolve customer questions and concerns through an online support platform, social media, and by phone
    • Help customers with appointment and installation scheduling.
    • Communicate with other team members to address escalating questions and ensure a proper resolution
    • Support the Customer Experience Manager
    • Assist with order entry and data backup
    • Explore new ways to improve efficiency and support operational improvement projects
