Responsibilities:

Our company features Graber Custom Window Treatments in Costco stores throughout the greater Twin Cities Metropolitan area and in Rochester. As a Lead Generator, you will be talking to potential clients about their interest in Graber’s full line of premier window treatment products from your kiosk at the designated Costco store location (referred to as “roadshow” events). Clients with interest are advanced to the in-home consultation phase, completed by one of our sales consultants at the home or business of the client. This position is part-time and will provide coverage at various Twin Cities Costco stores and the Rochester Costco store location.

Primary Job Duties

On-time arrival and departure at the designated Costco store location.

Roadshow events take place in select months and last four (4) days, Wednesday through Saturday or Thursday through Sunday, from store open to store close.

For this part-time role, eleven (11) roadshow events will take place throughout the year.

· In the Twin Cities area, event dates are April 11-14 (Thurs-Sun); May 8-11 (Wed-Sat); June 12-15 (Wed-Sat); October 2-5 (Wed-Sat); October 9-12 (Wed-Sat).

· In Rochester, event dates are March 6-9 (Thurs-Sun); May 15-18 (Thurs-Sun); June 26-29 (Thurs-Sun); July 10-13 (Thurs-Sun); Aug 8-11 (Wed-Sat); Sept 4-7 (Thurs-Sun).

• Hold quality conversations with potential clients expressing interest, advising them of the products and services offered (overview).
• Accurately capture lead information from each potential client and electronically advance to our home office staff from your provided tablet.
• Ability to work independently and for the duration of Costco stores hours.
• Ideally able to safely store and transport the portable roadshow/kiosk display to the Costco location as necessary.
• Ideally able to set up and/or take down portable roadshow/kiosk display on the Costco floor as designated by Costco management.
• Work seamlessly with Costco employees and treat everyone with courtesy and respect.

Our Window Fashion Consultants lead our company's sales efforts by conducting in-home consultations that help customers pick out the very best blinds, shades, shutters or draperies for their homes!

Outstanding Consultants follow 10-15 leads per week, many of which are sourced and scheduled by the home office but some of which are self-generated. Consultations are done at the customer's home throughout the Twin Cities areas with occasional leads that could take a Consultant to Rochester or St. Cloud areas.
